He received his Master of Engineering degree at the Beuth University of Applied Sciences in Berlin (Germany). For ten years he worked as a professional in the automotive, construction and Engineer-to-Order industries in various countries and positions. He is a Six Sigma CMBB and works with several industries in implementing Operational Excellence programs and projects. He\u2019s been involved in OpEx project since 2000, implementing Lean, Six Sigma and WCM methodologies in different industries and companies. His main areas of research are Operational Excellence, Quantitative Methods and Change Management.
